What Is A Natural Food Supplement?

Food supplements are also known as nutritional supplement/dietary supplements. These are substances that you add to your everyday food or take separately and are intended to improve your diet and consequently your health! They supplement your diet and this is where they get their name. Food supplements provide additional nutrients like vitamins, minerals, fiber, fatty acids, or amino acids and many others that are missing from your diet. Lack of some of these substances can seriously affect your heath and adding them restores the needed balance in your body. Others are more like an additional boost to your health.

Anyway... in this blog I'll try and cover some of the more popular food supplements and what are the health benefits of taking them.

Oh, one more thing - by natural food supplements I mean those supplements that are derived from natural sources and not synthetically put together in a lab. Usually these come from sources that people have been using for a long time.
